When we decided to open The Dance Shoppe in 2005, we wanted our first priority to be the delivery of a superior shopping experience to every customer who walked through our door. We have worked hard to achieve and maintain the level of service, quality and consideration we ourselves would like to receive when visiting a local retailer.
Our professional customer service teams are made up of dancers, dance teachers, choreographers and coaches; we pride ourselves in being “for dancers…by dancers,” and truly care about helping our customers find exactly what they need. We are proud of our selection, experienced staff and willingness to make sure our customers find the product that is just right for them. We also enjoy sharing little tips and suggestions that are only gained through years of dancing in the products we sell.
We carry dancewear for children and adults, including leotards, tights and shoes, as well as the latest dance-themed street wear, such as leggings, tanks and tops. We also carry a wide range of supplies and accessories, and a variety of great gifts for any occasion!
The Dance Shoppe regularly stocks:
- Shoes for ballet (including pointe), ballroom, salsa, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip hop, theater, and character
- Leotards, tights, men’s tights
- Skirts for ballet
- Shorts, pants and leggings for jazz, tap, and contemporary
- Knitwear- including legwarmers, tights and sweaters
- Undergarments- dance belts, nude leotards, briefs, nude bras, and bodytights
- Accessories – dance bags, bun covers, hair nets & pins, exercise bands, toe tape, lamb’s wool, rosin, toe pads, metatarsal pads, and more!
We can special order many items from the brands we carry. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific item!
No-Hassle Returns
Things change – not a problem! If you buy an item from us that is not what you need, we’re more than happy to make a return or exchange. We ask that the item not be used or worn (tried-on at home is totally fine!) with tags still attached, and with original packaging. Special orders are non-returnable.
