Professional Pointe Shoe Stitch Kit contains one set each of stretch ribbon and covert elastic, seam ripper, pins, needles, and thread for stitching.

Professional pre-cut stretch satin ribbon allows for the natural flexion, movement and extension of ankle and heel, while also allowing movement from plié to pointe with minimal constriction and no bagginess. Stretch relieves unnecessary stress on the Achilles tendon because the ankle and heel can flex and extend easily.

This conical pad was designed for the little toe, but can be comfortably worn on any of the small toes. Made of a supple polymer gel, this pad will help to prevent or provide relief from corns or blisters. Contains 6 conical gel pads.

Don't let knock-offs fool you! There is no substitute for the Alpha Shock. Replacing half-sole shoes, the Alpha is durable and effective compression footwear with a snug hug in the toes. It is so light you forget you are wearing it except for how much better your body feels at the end of the day.

This cushioned toe tape protects the toes and enhances comfort while moving. Elastic cushioned micro-foam with adhesive backing can be wrapped around toes to help protect against injury and chafing.

Suffolk Toe Tape is a self-adhesive material that sticks to itself and not to skin, perfect for wrapping individual toes to relieve pressure and friction, helping to prevent blisters or corns.

The Bunheads Jelly Tube is a smaller version of the Bunion Buster, designed to protect the small toe and bunionette area on the outside of the foot.  The elastic fabric tube with inner gel coating is cut along the length of the tube and place over the pinky toe so the bunionette area is covered.

Pillows For Pointes take on a classic pointe staple, suitable for use in any style of shoe! One of the easiest and most effective ways to protect corns, calluses, and blisters from further friction. Reduces pain and helps allow effected areas to heal faster. Easy to apply. Just trim the moleskin sheet to the proper size. Then remove the backing and apply it to the area that needs protection.

This Apolla Mesh Bag is the perfect multi-purpose drawstring bag to compliment your Shocks.  This carry all bag helps keep your Apolla Shocks® together so they don't get lost in your dance bag.  In addition, they double as a laundry bag, preserving the life of your Shocks when you need to wash and dry.

A non-toxic spray adhesive that is the favorite refresher of traction for all of our Apolla Shocks. The original traction that the Shocks come with starts out sticky and you wear it down to your preferred level of grip. You then keep it there by using a traction refresher. This is Apolla's recommendation. It is a pump spray and when you apply 5-10 pumps to your traction, it dries instantly, and does not damage floors. It helps to "re-stick" the grip over and over for the life of the Shocks. Some dancers start refreshing in the first class, some never refresh, some refresh when needed - it is completely personalized to your need and floors. Your traction will wear down to nothing over time if you don't use a refresher, so make sure to order a bottle to keep in your dance bag! One bottle lasts a long time!

These gel knee pads are designed exclusively for dancers. The bamboo knit fabric and contoured, silicone gel knee pads provide maximum pressure relief without the bulk. Each package contains 2 gel knee pads that can be washed and reused.

This Suffolk Kinesiology Tape is a lightweight and flexible tape with great adhesive qualities that can stretch and recoil with the skin while the body is in motion.

Rehabilitative taping is designed to facilitate the body’s healing process, while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. Taping can also provide extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of physical therapy.

The backing of the tape has a convenient grid pattern to help facilitate straight cuts of the tape as well as the measurement of your cuts.
