Order Status
How do I know my order has shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is your backorder policy?
  Every effort will be made to keep our website up-to-date on what we have in stock.  However, since sales volumes fluctuate throughout the year and some of our items are seasonal, items can be depleted at any time.  We will do our best to let you know within 24 hours (not counting weekends or holidays) if an item you have ordered is no longer on our shelves.  At that time, we can let you know when we expect to have the item back in stock and you can decide whether or not you want to cancel your order or wait.  If your order includes other items that are available for shipping, we will make sure we know whether to hold your entire order or to send the backordered item(s) separately.  If sent separately, additional shipping charges will apply.  If an item is seasonal or if certain sizes, colors or widths are not be stocked on a regular basis, we have noted that for your convenience.  We encourage you to contact us for current availability on these items.
